Shipping time

- Orders placed during working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and handed over to the logistics service provider every day at 4pm (Beijing time, China).

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within three days.

1. For products eligible for direct shipment from our overseas Amazon warehouses, the estimated shipping time is generally between 3 to 8 days(Express).

2. For products that need to be shipped from our domestic warehouse, the estimated shipping time is between 8 to 15 working days(Standard).

2. However, some remote countries and areas require additional shipping costs due to higher shipping expenses

- (Such as Greece, Colombia, Costa Rica, Switzerland, or remote areas of the US(Alaska, Hawaii), the supplementary shipping cost will be added before check out.)

Logistics Carriers

1. Orders fulfilled from Amazon warehouses, Amazon will select the most optimal logistics carrier based on the shipping address, which ensures efficient and timely delivery.

2. Orders shipped from China, we cooperate with 4PX logistics and other shipping carrier for the initial shipment, and will be transitted by the local UPS, DHL, or others shipment carrier.

Taxes and Duties

1. Please note that any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees associated with orders shipped from our domestic warehouse will be the responsibility of the buyer.

2. We recommend consulting your local customs office or tax authority for specific details regarding import taxes and duties that may apply to your order.

Once we received the tracking number from the shipping carrier, we will update it on your order detail for checking.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot recall it back or change shipping destination once a package is already on the way to you.
