Items ordered from Favpackage can be returned within 7 days upon a receipt. The refund process will be started when we received the package for inspection.
1. You have 7 days from the date of the receipt to initiate a return.
2. Prior discussion and authorization are required before starting a return. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

1. For non-quality related returns, shipping cost/tax to our specific warehouse should be covered by customers' side. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories that were included in the original shipment.
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
4. Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above eligibility requirements.
5. The item will undergo inspection upon receipt at our warehouse. If the item is found to be in a different condition than when it was originally shipped or if any accessories are missing, the return may be rejected.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned package and complete the inspection, the refund process will be initiated.The exact time frame for refunds may vary depending on factors such as your payment provider, but we aim to process refunds promptly.
Order canceled/Wrong order made by buyer
If you need to cancel an order or if you made a mistake in your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and provide guidance on the appropriate steps to take.
Note: Once the item is shipped out, order can not be canceled.Defective product/ wrong package received
1) We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective product, a damaged item, or if you have received the wrong package.

1. Favpackage offers a warranty period of 12 months for quality-related issues on eligible items.
2. Replacements provided under warranty will follow a warranty period of 3 months from the date of replacement
3. Warranty claims for items purchased through IVISII's authorized distributors and retailers should be handled directly with the respective retailers.
4. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Quality-Related Warranty Claims
1. In cases where a quality-related warranty claim is approved, we will provide a replacement with a new product.
2. If a replacement is not available or preferred, Favpackage may offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the device as determined by our assessment.
During the checkout or refund process, no additional charges will be added to customers.
1) Please note that some credit card issuers may charge fees for international transactions. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your card issuer for assistance.
2) Additionally, please be aware that Favpackage only accepts USD as the payment currency. If your bank currency is not in USD,international customers should consider the exchange rate while making a purchase.
3) Favpackage is not responsible for any losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations during the refund process.
